The fillet was prfectly cooked and seasoned to maximise the flavour of the beef. All the accompaniments worked together creating a well balanced and enjoyable dish which easily reached Excellence Award standard.”Lamb dish“This was a well tought-out dish featuring meltingly tender lamb wiht a Mediterranean influence served in a pie. The plate had good colour and freshness with the broccoli and pesto. The slow braising had created a wonderful flaoursome dish which is deserving of the Excellence Award.”
